It is applied to blowing the plastic films like low density polythene(LDPE),high density polythene (HDPE) and liner low density polythene (LLDPE). It is widely applied to producing the packing bags for foodstuff, clothing, rubbish bag and vest ones.
1 Screw and barrel are made of 38CrMoAl that have been nitrided and processed in a precision way. Good hardness, hight corrosion resistance and wear well.
2. Die with hard chrome plating, spiral core shaft type. The melting charge extruded in equality, and the film blown with good fineness. Air cooling device is U maze with balance airflow.
